Information you provide
We collect your name, dealership, email and site location, plus any phone number, vehicle volume and service details you choose to include. Each enquiry receives a reference and submission time. Please avoid including sensitive personal information.
Why we use it
We use these details to respond, assess coverage and discuss a service or quotation. Our legitimate interest is responding to business enquiries and protecting the form from abuse. Submitting an enquiry does not subscribe you to marketing.
Storage and access
Enquiries are stored through our website hosting service, OpenAI Sites and its Cloudflare infrastructure. The enquiry inbox is restricted to the business owner. Hosting providers process technical connection data to deliver and protect the website; their infrastructure may process data outside the UK.
How long we keep website enquiries
Enquiries are available in the website inbox for 90 days. Older records are removed when the enquiry service next processes a request. Details needed for an ongoing service may be held separately in business correspondence.
Website preferences and security
We do not add advertising or visitor-analytics cookies. The optional film loads when you choose to watch it. Owner sign-in uses the hosting platform’s authentication. To limit automated submissions, the form temporarily stores a hashed network identifier and request count, without storing your raw IP address in the enquiry database.
Your choices and rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete your details, restrict their use or object to processing, subject to applicable rules. Email us with your enquiry reference if you have it. You can also raise a concern with the Information Commissioner’s Office.
